The rooms are very big, clean, and new, but unfortunately, the TV system only has Turkish and Arabic channels, which was a bit unexpected. After a discussion, they offered to move us to a family deluxe room, though it turned out to be a bit smaller than we anticipated.

The service was just excellent - very friendly and understanding. The receptionist and the staff were always ready to help, which made our stay more pleasant.
